Noelle’s driven personality and enterprising mindset have propelled her to become an award winning Fortune 25 publicist and project manager. Early in her career, she joined the Kroger Company and McDonald’s Corporation, serving as the first Black, region-wide public relations manager and the youngest person to hold both companies’ positions. In these roles, she oversaw the publicity and crisis communications for more than 100 grocery and restaurant locations across North Carolina and Virginia.
Due to her DEI advocacy work, community leaders handpicked Noelle to serve on the Board of Directors and as a Trustee for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Norfolk and the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, the first and youngest Black leader to hold these distinguished honors.
A cum laude graduate of Howard University, Noelle is an award-winning producer of Notes from the Backpack podcast, managing all aspects of internal and external communications and creative design. She is also versed in project management, media relations, event production, sponsorship activations and creating strategic campaigns focusing on inclusive storytelling.
